Blurrrred foto cliche?

Seeing myself in the mirror on the bathroom door I felt compelled to take a photo since the tablet was in hand (the tablet/iphone is always in hand to capture us at every moment? - selfieselfieselfie ad infinitum) and more than that a blurred photo - oh no!!! what a cliche! what? A cliche? Is it? only in the hands of the aesthetically retarded, I told myself, knowing full well that I am not aesthetically advanced but in this day and age we can all pretend -

The truth, as I say it, not as it is, remains that I'm aware of the art double bluff (and treble, quadruple etc) and such awareness saved me from self-doubt because I knew, afterwards, having posted it on my Facebook page and gone about my business, which entailed finally getting into bed where I had some thoughts around irony, or something, not actually understanding, fully, the implications/applications of irony in the modern art world...the ironic double bluff of a blurred photo featuring recognition of the cliche, then recognition of the bluff. Even if nobody else read the bluff (and it's unlikely they would because they can't read my mind, in this instance) I knew -

I only knew after the fact, though, just as so many truths reveal themselves after superficial facts which initially hide them.

Yours Sincerely
RTomens
