Peter Townsend edited Studio International from 1965 to '75. Dieter Roth obviously considered him a worthy recipient of his Little Tentative Recipe. It turned up on the stall of bookseller, Marcus Campbell at the Whitechapel Gallery Art Book Fair in September of 2018. We were later informed by Hansjorg Mayer that the box was custom-built by a company that normally made them for tea. The only other person privileged enough to see this up to now was Joakim Norling of Timglaset publications. Like Mayer and Roth, he also produces great creations in print form.
