Print: Red Brigade/ On Fussiness

Red Brigade, RTomens, 2019

The black ink line's not quite where it should be, ideally, but I work with chance and besides, what's ever ideal in life? And so real life is reflected in my work? Certainly not, usually. I make no such grand claim.  The final position of the black line does, however, reflect my approach to art which, I confess, is not that of great consideration regarding placement...by which I mean, thinking, pondering, even worrying about such things. I say this, not as a boast, merely a fact. It may be my weak point when fine adjustments could make all the difference, but there you have it. Perhaps only other artists would notice and I don't create with them in mind.
