Did I really declare Earnest Hemingway to be a 'genius' before, three chapters later, getting bored with The Sun Also Rises?
And when I was a kid did I really make a papier-mâché head, place it on my pillow, cover it with a blanket then call my sister whilst hiding under the bed and grabbing her leg just as she pulled back the blanket? Yes, that is a fact.
