Lock down blah blah isolation blah blah - as sick of imprisonment as I may be the ordeal pales besides seeing the media frenzy and it's seemingly perverse pleasure in pumping out death statistics. So I avoid the news and only glance at the headlines, which are bad enough; not bad as in the facts but the whole tone. How journos must be loving this. After all, it's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to ramp up fear and revel in apocalypticism. Are you scared enough yet? Do you look upon fellow citizens as potential carriers of what will kill you? Death Cult 2020: you lived it - lucky you!
