After a walk on the heath yesterday, Heath cropped up today as I cut up a newspaper (a 1946 Daily Express). I didn't know what to do with the strips and eventually scanned them then drew on that. Once done, it looked to me like a computer model from the late-70s, or something. Hints of the mechanised 'architectural' and diagrammatic...the 'realness' of actual paper contrasted with semi-chaotic rigid lines which came to suggest (almost) a spatial construction seemed to emerge.
